Participation terms

Assumption of risk. I understand that flag football, conditioning, travel, practices, tournaments, and related activities involve inherent risks, including falls, collisions, overexertion, illness, serious injury, disability, or death. I voluntarily permit the player to participate and accept those risks.Release and waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Proway FIF, its owners, directors, coaches, volunteers, facilities, event operators, sponsors, and agents from claims arising from ordinary negligence connected with participation. This does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.Emergency medical authorization. If I cannot be reached, I authorize Proway representatives to obtain reasonable emergency evaluation, first aid, transportation, or medical treatment for the player. I accept responsibility for resulting medical costs.Conduct and safety. I agree that the player and family will follow coach instructions, facility rules, team standards, and sportsmanship expectations. Proway may pause or end participation when reasonably necessary for safety or conduct.Payment terms. I acknowledge the annual membership amount, tournament-fee sharing, and family responsibility for travel and lodging shown on the Payment Instructions page. Payment does not guarantee playing time or a specific roster position.Optional media consent. I permit Proway to use appropriate team photographs or video of the player for club communications and promotion without compensation. Leaving this unchecked does not affect participation.
