Fundamentals
Throwing, catching, route running, pulling flags, footwork, spacing, and game-ready technique.
Proway FIF is a Southern California girls flag football club with teams serving Orange County, Inland Empire, Burbank, Los Angeles, and San Diego—creating a serious, supportive pathway for young athletes to learn, compete, lead, and love the game.
Our club combines detail-focused coaching with a culture where every athlete can be challenged, encouraged, and known. We develop fundamentals and football IQ without losing the joy, friendships, and confidence that make youth sports matter.
Whether a player is new to flag football or ready for tournament competition, Proway meets her with a clear next step.

Prepare.
Compete.
Lead.
Throwing, catching, route running, pulling flags, footwork, spacing, and game-ready technique.
Players learn to read the field, understand concepts, communicate, and make confident decisions.
Respect, accountability, effort, sportsmanship, and trust shape how Proway athletes show up.
Girls are encouraged to use their voice, respond to adversity, and lead on and off the field.
A strong program needs clear expectations. These are the habits behind every Proway practice and competition.
Age-appropriate instruction, thoughtful practice structure, hydration breaks, and clear family communication.
We coach the small things—stance, alignment, timing, effort, and awareness—because they change the game.
Bring energy, play hard, support teammates, respect opponents, and represent the club well.
Feedback is part of development. Athletes learn to listen, respond, and keep moving forward.
Proway FIF combines professional football perspective, youth-sports operations, tournament experience, and athlete-first coaching.
